How to make Fire starter

These easy to make fire starter is simple and affective. They burn about 15 mins and is awsome way to recycle. I would put one in to start a fire in our wood stove and crack the door and let it do it's thing.

You need: Dental Floss, Egg Carton, Dryer Lint, Candle in a glass jar

• We want to melt the wax.

Either have a double boiler for just the wax. Wax being on top and water below. Or just put enough water in a pot so that the water comes half way to the candle thats has a container. When it melts take the wick out.

• Cut the Egg carton up into indivial cups.
• Add the Lint from the Dryer (You can also use saw dust too.) In the cup. Fold the sides in to cover the lint Tie the dental floss to close it shut.
• Set it in the melted candle wax. let the egg carton soak it up for a couple of minutes and take out and set on wax paper to dry.
• When got to use it just light the floss and toss in where you want. Some where, where it will do the most damage.

Herbal Remedies

I don't know about you. But I'm not a big fan of the Pharmcy drugs. So many side affects for something so simple. It makes me Laugh LOL! I'm currently trying different things with herbs. Like how to make my own shampoo to landury detergents to baby rash creams that is safe for colth diapers. To help with hormonal imbalance to diabetes. I'll try to cover everything I experience But if you have a question please email me or comment. I'M NOT A DOCTOR. So I can't tell you what You have nor treat you. If your condition is server please talk to your doctor. Herbs are powerful stuff and not to be over used. Please try little amouts first then you can increase if you need to.


  Ear infections.

• White willow bark and Garlic oil in the ear. I got the herbs premade for now. Just google herbs for kids. It's a good site to start.

Digestions Problems.

• Cayenne and Garlic. Use generously in cooking. These herbs will kill off germs that can cause problems as the stomach flu and as serious as dysentery. Also kills the bacteria that is responsible for ulcers.
• Fiber  Like whole grain wheat, Slippery Elm. use slippery elm powder and put it in some water. 1 tsp in 1/2 c warm water.
• Dandelion leaf for balance. If you eat alot of acidic or drink. Then steam it, eat it raw or put it in a salad.
• Turmeric, Help stimulate the flow of digestive jucies preventing acidic buildup. Use it when you cook.
• I always use Vinegar white or Apple for something fast. 1tbsp followed by a glass of water.

Diabetes

• I'm currently doing Bilberry leaf as a tea to help balance my surgar levels. Just started it so i'll let youknow how it goes. You can also use huckleberry leaf too. I'm also in a pre diabetes stage.

Cloth Diapering

So one day I was thinking how Am I going to diaper my babies if the stores are closed and with out stocking up on tons of boxes. Cloth Diapers! I'm so Addicted to it. I'm getting pretty bad too. lol. I don't mind getting my hands dirty either as long as it's not really nasty. I curently bought Softbums. I Love them. But I go through more shells a day than they recomends. But thats okay My little girl just has a really healthy digestive systerm lol. So I also use the AIO drybees for my oldest toddler. I'm learning how to make my own fitted diapers and the Pul Shells and the AIO's. It actully really fun and rewarding. There are some really good ideas out there.  I can post some insturctions later.
